We are looking for someone to work on international cruise ships
-Join us for a 5-month contract where you’ll live in a single cabin that has everything you need
-Your meals are included, and the company will pay for all your travel costs
-Your base pay is €2,773 per month, plus a monthly bonus of €1,350

As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
-Leading the retail team: Guiding and supporting the team to work well together and do their best
-Managing the store’s daily operations: Making sure everything in the store runs smoothly each day
-Increasing sales: Helping the store sell more products through good service and teamwork
-Handling inventory: Keeping track of stock, making sure items are available, and ordering when needed
-Making sure guests have a great experience: Ensuring every customer feels welcome and satisfied
-Maintaining high standards for product displays: Keeping shelves neat and products well-arranged to attract customers

You’ll work closely with teams both on the ship and on land, and you’ll be part of a diverse, multicultural team.
The perfect person has strong experience in retail and leadership, is fluent in English (at B2 level) and at least one other European language, and is ready to stay on the ship for the whole contract. STCW safety training is required (it will be replaced after the first contract).
